Job summary

Alston Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site teams and subcontractors, coordinating planning, safety, and execution on projects. The role focuses on delivering quality work safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, drawings, submittals, and daily reports; coordinating trades; and guiding close-out and punch list activities to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Design-build experience on relevant project types.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct onsite personnel and subcontractors to meet project goals, safety, schedule and budget.
• Maintain complete set of project documents, drawings, submittals, and daily reports.
• Coordinate all subcontractors to ensure timely project completion and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards; uphold company safety culture.
• Oversee project setup, equipment, permits, PPE, and postings; manage close-out and punch list processes.
