Actalent in Manassas, Virginia seeks a Construction Manager 3 – Pre-Construction On-Site Project Lead with a safety and environmental focus to drive early works for a major datacenter campus. You will coordinate relocation of a groundwater treatment facility and related utilities, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.

The role requires 5+ years in construction health and safety, complex capital projects, and cross-discipline field leadership.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction health and safety.
• 5+ years delivering complex capital projects and programs.
• 5+ years construction and environmental compliance experience in the United States.
• 5+ years construction project and field management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Lead Early Works On-Site Project for groundwater facility relocation and related utilities.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities and pre-construction scope delivery.
• Confirm permit requirements with environmental consultant and GC per approvals.
• Coordinate trades and interfaces across disciplines to maintain safety and progress.
• Review submittals, fabrication, and delivery to site per schedule.
• Develop and report on safety, scope, schedule, and budget milestones.
• Act as single point of contact for pre-construction with stakeholders.
• Monitor Site-Specific Safety Plan and High-Risk Activities control measures.
• Audit EHS compliance and assess design/scope changes for safety impact.
