Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5-10 years of construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules including OSHA.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication; present to management and stakeholders.
• Basic math and computer skills; professional communication and appearance.
• People management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advocate safety as priority and enforce safety plans and regulations.
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate construction project management with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Develop schedules and production plans aligned with budget and safety goals.
• Assist Project Manager with status reports and required documentation.
• Prepare payroll documentation and HR/POS compliance information.
• Coordinate review of plans, shop drawings, and contract documents.
• Procure tools/materials to meet the work schedule; manage staffing levels.
• Recruit and direct on-site field personnel per HR processes.
• Coordinate with supervisors and trades to resolve construction issues.
• Ensure schedules are adhered to and regulatory inspections are coordinated.
