Job summary

Doyon Management Services (DMS) seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, and Site Safety & Health Officer to lead field operations on federal projects. This triple-hat role requires ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence across diverse sites, with travel as needed.

You will implement QC procedures, coordinate with engineers and QA personnel, and mentor junior staff while driving project success and safety performance on government-owned facilities and defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as QCM/SSHO/Superintendent on federal projects.
• Experience with USACE and NAVFAC; proven QC leadership on federal construction.
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain/renew; 30-hour OSHA construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned projects.
• Read and interpret complex contract specs and drawings.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and maintain daily activity reports.
• Lead safety oversight and coordinate with QA personnel and authorities.
• Supervise field operations to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain safety documentation and ensure EEO/AA compliance.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
• Mentor Quality Control Specialists.
