Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial crews on-site. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on supervision, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints, with OSHA certification preferred. This role requires scheduling, problem-solving, and hands-on construction work as deadlines demand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills essential for onsite supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and crews.
• Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Monitor work progress to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Delegate tasks and oversee subcontractors and laborers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site per OSHA standards.
• Communicate project status and needs to project managers and stakeholders.
• Perform hands-on construction work when needed to support deadlines.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Document daily site activity, deliveries, weather conditions, and labor hours.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems during construction.
