Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor / Production Manager to oversee multiple residential construction sites and lead field crews. The role combines hands-on work with strong oversight to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience with supervisory experience, excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience, with supervisory or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, including framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and finish work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and prioritize daily tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials when necessary.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2-3 active residential and light commercial construction job sites.
• Lead, mentor, and direct field crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
• Diagnose construction issues and provide practical solutions and direction to crew members.
• Perform hands-on construction work when necessary to keep projects moving and support the team.
• Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and materials across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with material runner.
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes and company standards.
• Communicate project progress, concerns, and material needs
• Train and develop crew members on proper construction techniques and company expectations.
• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
