Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Construction Project Lead to coordinate communications with subcontractors, manage inspections, and align field crews with project management.

You will develop lookahead schedules, manage logistics, and oversee RFIs and submittals, ensuring daily reports and logs are completed. A strong understanding of permits, safety, and budgeting is required to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of municipality/permitting/inspection environment
• Able to coordinate drawings and construction details
• Understand subcontracts, exhibits and addendums
• Familiar with monthly requisitions to assist project billing
• Experience with field reports, logs, and punch lists
• Ability to anticipate staffing needs and maintain schedule integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with subcontractors and foremen; manage meetings and minutes
• Coordinate utility coordination with subcontractors and utility companies
• Serve as point of contact for city inspectors and coordination with subcontractors
• Guide project management on construction issues and sequencing/scheduling
• Develop logistics to support the project and adjust as needed
• Build 2-week and 6-week lookahead schedules and identify schedule drivers
• Prepare RFIs, review submittals, and manage contract documents
• Create and maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and punch lists
• Monitor budgetary implications of logistics, materials, and site conditions
• Ensure compliance with safety, permits, and inspections
