Job summary

atiinc is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector for a major U.S. Coast Guard infrastructure project in Baltimore. You will monitor construction activities, ensure compliance, and maintain detailed project records while working closely with the Government’s project team.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 per year and comes with various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience in QA/QC, superintendent, safety, or management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years construction experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Construction Inspector on a U.S. Coast Guard project.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities and verify compliance with contract documents.
• Document progress with Daily Construction Reports and maintain project records.
• Perform daily on-site inspections of mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and architectural work.
