Responsibilities

• Attend pre-construction and progress meetings; document protocols and reporting.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain an on-site Inspection Plan for active work packages.
• Conduct full-time on-site surveillance of construction and demolition areas.
• Inspect materials on delivery for conformance with submittals.
