Job summary

Leo FS is seeking a Project Manager to lead facilities maintenance and construction projects in the Columbus area. You will plan, execute, and monitor all aspects from award to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics while coordinating with Construction Managers, clients, and internal teams. Travel to job sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in construction or facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency with project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Proficiency with project management software and WOM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with local travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, invoicing, and contracts for accuracy.
• Lead meetings, report status to clients and leadership, manage expectations.
