Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Provide follow-up care using evidence-based medical protocols.
• Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes.
• Document all patient encounters in an EMR system.
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked on-site clinic.
• Communicate with MMC leadership and local healthcare providers.
• Work daily with site safety personnel.
• Lead “Stretch and Flex” sessions.
• Conduct job site walk-throughs.
• Identify potential workplace health risks.
• Promote employee wellness initiatives.
• Conduct new hire drug screens and orientation.
• Perform substance abuse and occupational health testing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to review cases and site updates.
