Job summary

Amphibious Medics, a leading on-site health and safety firm, seeks an On-Site EMT/Paramedic to serve as the construction site medical representative. You will provide triage and first aid, coordinate with external providers, and support safety teams to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires EMT-B certification, CPR/BLS, OSHA credentials, and at least one year of 911 EMS experience. You will keep medical records, manage supplies, and participate in health fairs and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Valid National Registry or State EMT-B certification.
• CPR certification at BLS Healthcare Provider level or Professional Rescuer.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience on large-scale construction sites and workers' compensation processes.
• Instructor certification for First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referral to outside medical providers as indicated.
• Remain calm in emergencies, assess situations, and respond with CPR and required medical care.
• Maintain medical records and database for the site.
• Manage on-site inventory, restock supplies, and clean equipment.
• Coordinate with outside medical providers on injuries and follow-up care.
