Job summary

IMEG Corp. seeks a Field Construction Administrator in Austin, TX to provide on-site construction observation and act as a key liaison among contractors, engineers, and the project team.

You will monitor field conditions, share status updates, and help ensure work aligns with contract documents on data center projects. You will maintain daily site presence, document progress, track communications, and address field conflicts while coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building design consulting or construction; field experience a plus.
• Associates degree or certificate in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; 4 years in construction related field if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent owner's interest on the project.
• Perform site observations and relay information to contractors and engineers.
• Keep design engineers informed of project status and potential issues.
• Observe workmanship to ensure alignment with contract documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Document meeting minutes and daily reports on construction status and delays.
• Review and interpret contract documents and obtain information as needed.
• Track RFIs and submittals and address critical path items first.
• Assist with resolving construction issues and support project closeout.
