Job summary

Metronet in Evansville, IN is hiring a Contract Administrator to support fiber network expansion by preparing design estimates, work orders, and contract documents. This on-site role requires strong Excel/Outlook/Adobe skills and precise record-keeping.

You will coordinate with project teams, create purchase requests in Oracle, and help keep contracts moving through approvals, while maintaining databases and tracking progress in Production Tracker and Elixir.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders from design documents and send them to contractors.
• Coordinate with project teams to clarify work order requirements.
• Create purchase and change order requests in Oracle.
• Assign purchase order numbers to work orders.
• Ensure work orders are completed, documented and properly filed.
• Maintain databases to track work order status and progress.
• Enter work orders into the Production Tracker and Elixir systems.
• Help contractors resolve issues with the Production Tracker.
• Help develop and improve processes and procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the Project Controls Director with assigned tasks.
• All other duties as assigned
