Job summary

Professional Diversified Flooring, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist to own all administrative conditions for starting work, site safety, and payment clearance across five offices in three states.

You will work with project managers, controllers and senior leaders to ensure regulated notices, insurance, and wage requirements are met before projects commence. The role sits on the Accounting and Administration team, reporting to the Controller, and requires on-site presence with a 40-hour

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction compliance, contract administration or project administration experience with a subcontractor or general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Perform the compliance scrub on every awarded contract and change order, identifying OCIP/CCIP, prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, bonding, and insurance requirements before work begins.
• Approve or reject contracts and change orders in our system within a 7-day window and drive closure with project managers.
• Build each project’s compliance requirement list at Notice to Proceed and own it through closeout.
• Own the 20-day preliminary notice process end to end and log notices and proofs of service.
