Job summary

Anytime Flooring is seeking a skilled Project Site Supervisor to lead residential and commercial flooring projects. The role covers day-to-day operations, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage vendors and subcontractors, communicate with clients, and drive adherence to procedures and training timelines, while supporting a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction, flooring and/or project management.
• Knowledge of commercial systems and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and field technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance and safety standards.
• Ensure client contract compliance and oversee vendors/subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Document employee performance and communicate actions for improvement.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure training objectives are met.
