Professional Diversified Flooring, Inc. seeks experienced Project Managers to join our growing teams in LA, SD, LV and PHX markets. You will manage an independent portfolio of projects from existing relationships and new business development, overseeing bidding, planning, delivery, and financial performance.

The role reports to a General Manager/Project Executive or Senior Project Manager. Candidates must have prior commercial flooring PM experience and be in-office, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Previous commercial flooring experience in a Project Management capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field OR 5 years of construction experience.
• Mastery of reading construction plans, blueprints, details and specifications.
• Tech savvy with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be in office — this is NOT a remote work position.
• Available a minimum of 40 hours per week during prime business hours; some projects may require evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow an independent book of business by leveraging client and supplier networks; cultivate new relationships across healthcare, hospitality, corporate tenant improvement, gaming and institutional segments.
• Direct the bid strategy, review it, price it and submit with input from Bid Specialists and Estimating.
• Coordinate and prepare submittal packages for approval, including shop drawings and RFIs.
• Diligently manage project timelines and material lead times to prevent delays and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Oversee on-site supervision, resolve issues, verify readiness and ensure proper handover to clients.
