Job summary

Massa Multimedia Architecture, PC. seeks a Technical Field Representative with CA/CM experience for the Erasmus Hall High School restoration in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, on-site role supports a NYC SCA-managed project slated to begin in 2026 and run for four years.

The candidate will monitor construction, review RFIs and submittals, coordinate with the design team, contractor, and owner, and maintain field logs and reports throughout the program. Licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of CA/CM experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, building systems, and QA practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with design teams and owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site observations to monitor progress and verify contract compliance.
• Monitor schedule and overall project progress on-site in Brooklyn, NY.
• Assist design team with RFIs and review submittals.
• Review contractor change order proposals and attend meetings.
• Maintain detailed field logs and prepare field observation reports.
• Assist with startup and commissioning of major building systems.
• Coordinate daily with NYC SCA staff and project stakeholders.
