The role requires hands-on collaboration with clients, presenters, and staff, plus documentation of procedures and incident reports, with flexibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience in conference center, hospitality, or event tech.
• Strong technical proficiency with AV systems and video conferencing.
• Professional appearance and client service orientation.
• Physical ability to lift equipment and perform setups.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Report to work on scheduled days
• Follow up with Lead for assignments

Responsibilities

• Execute the setup, operation, and breakdown for meetings and events.
• Serve as the main technical resource and on-site expert for clients, presenters, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all setups meet safety, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Document procedures, event setups, and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Able to read, understand and write set-ups.
• Able to lift and carry equipment, chairs, tables, ect.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times.
