Qualifications

• Experience with concrete coatings and flatwork is preferred.
• Ability to read specifications, drawings, and install procedures.
• Must follow OSHA and company safety practices.
• Willingness to complete manufacturer certifications.
• Physically able to lift and carry materials and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces for coatings and polishing.
• Mix and apply coatings and assist with epoxy/urethane cement installations.
• Load and unload materials and operate power tools safely.
• Support repair and flatwork activities.
• Collaborate with foreperson and project manager to meet schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and document daily activities.
