Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors is seeking full-time floor coating installers to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Competitive pay with on-the-job training and opportunities to lead a team.

Responsibilities include loading materials, operating grinders, applying coatings, and maintaining safety. Overtime and occasional nights/weekends may be required; year-round work available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required; nights/weekends may be necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Requirements

Salary: $37440 - $52000 per year
