Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors, an established and rapidly growing company, is seeking full-time floor coating installers and a lead installer to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.

You will load materials, operate grinders, apply coatings, and communicate with customers while maintaining a safe, organized job site. Paid on-the-job training provided, with growth opportunities and overtime eligibility.

Experience required; year-round work and paid vacation/holidays offered.

Overview & Qualifications:

Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.

Job Tasks:

Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.

Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.

Apply concrete coatings.

Communicate with customers & other personnel.

Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Physical Abilities:
