Job summary

Colorful Concrete Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Installer to lead our installation team in the field. You will spend the majority of time on concrete surface preparation, coating application, and ensuring high-quality installations while training crew members.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. This on-site role offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on construction, concrete, coating, flooring, or related trade experience.
• Proven experience leading crews while actively performing field work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in physically demanding environments.
• Experience operating power tools, construction equipment, and jobsite machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in daily concrete coating installations.
• Perform concrete preparation including grinding, crack repair, patching, and surface profiling.
• Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, sprayers, and related equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to CCS quality standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and jobsite conditions.
• Complete detailed final inspections and quality control checks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining workmanship standards.
