Job summary

Colorful Concrete Solutions is seeking a reliable Installation Technician to join our hands-on installation team. This role focuses on job-site prep, concrete coating installation, cleanup, and customer interaction, with no prior experience required beyond a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

You will work under the Production Manager or Crew Lead, participate in training, and grow into a skilled tradesperson.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability—consistent attendance is essential.
• Willingness to learn installation processes and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to shop and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup, preparation, and cleanup
• Follow directions from the Production Manager or Crew Lead to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training to learn installation techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Prep trucks with tools, materials, and equipment each morning
• Load/unload supplies at shop and job sites
• Keep trucks, trailers, and storage areas clean and organized
• Report low inventory or damaged tools/equipment promptly
• Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, and etching concrete
• Mix coating materials accurately and safely
• Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and other tools as directed
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Support final walkthroughs to identify touch-ups or adjustments
• Clean job sites thoroughly and maintain tools/equipment
• Maintain a respectful, professional attitude on every job site
• Answer basic customer questions; direct detailed inquiries to Crew Lead or Production Manager
