Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a Recruiter to source talent, coordinate orientations, and build a strong local workforce in Forest Hill, MD. This on-site role focuses on community outreach, candidate screening, and creating positive candidate experiences to fill caregiver and staff positions.

You will collaborate with the Office Manager and Scheduler, travel to job fairs, and maintain an up-to-date employee census.

Qualifications

• Candidate sourcing, community recruitment and orientations are core responsibilities.
• Experience with onboarding and maintaining an employee census is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for job fairs and community events as needed.
