Job summary

Right at Home Harford and Baltimore County is seeking a Recruiter to support community outreach and caregiver hiring. The role includes building a recruitment pipeline, conducting outbound sourcing, and representing the company at local events.

The ideal candidate has a proven recruitment sales background, experience in home care or healthcare, and can work a hybrid schedule with on-site presence in Forest Hill, MD.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience required
• Knowledge of social media marketing required
• Healthcare/medical urgency knowledge required
• High school diploma with two years of business experience
• Driver's license and car insurance required
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals
• On-call availability outside normal hours

Responsibilities

• Increases caregiver hires and builds a recruitment pipeline.
• Makes outbound sourcing calls and sources candidates via web portals.
• Attends off-site job fairs and represents Right at Home at community events.
• Collaborates with the Office Manager and Scheduler to retain care staff.
• Speaks at CNA schools, churches, senior centers, and other community venues to promote opportunities.
