Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a residential property, including budgets, maintenance, and resident relations. The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service.

Based in Washington, this position is in-office five days a week, with responsibilities across on-site operations, audits, and team management to maximize cash flow and ensure a safe, welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required or equiv. work exp.
• 5+ years progressive property management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal housing laws and regulations is required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and accounting workflows.
• Oversee property upkeep, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster resident engagement and community.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate site team; conduct evaluations.
