Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site operations, budgeting, and resident services. You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and maintain strong relations with residents and local teams.

With five in-office days a week, you will drive performance, oversee audits and reporting, and coordinate with the Regional Director of Property Management to uphold TCB’s mission and service standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years in Residential Property Management or related field.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management role preferred.
• COS/LIHTC/ARM etc. designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budgets, invoicing and expense tracking.
• Oversee rent collection, audits and compliance with policies.
• Ensure quality resident service and community wellbeing.
• Lead and develop the on-site team and coordinate with HR.
