South Oxford Management LLC is hiring a Community Manager in CT. You will lead a on-site team, drive occupancy and rent growth, and oversee operations from leasing to maintenance. This role emphasizes strong budgeting, vendor management, and excellent resident service.

We value Fair Housing knowledge, experience with affordable housing programs, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work on-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three+ years in property management, with at least one year as Community Manager.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk the property and ascend stairs, lift up to 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train, and supervise team members with mentoring and feedback.
• Drive occupancy and NOI through marketing, leasing, and resident relations.
• Prepare operating budgets and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee screening, leasing, and office/model apartments readiness.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely rent collection and reporting.
