The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, plus experience in program coordination and event management within a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• A relevant diploma or degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in program coordination or community engagement, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including community members and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of assigned community programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of program plans and activities.
• Engage with community members to assess needs and gather feedback on programs.
• Organize and facilitate program events, workshops, and meetings.
• Recruit, train, and manage program volunteers.
• Maintain accurate program records, participant data, and activity logs.
• Liaise with community partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare program reports and updates for management.
• Ensure program activities are conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
• Promote program awareness and participation within the Randburg community.
