Homestead Companies is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our Britton Park community in Hilliard, OH. You will oversee property operations and guide staff to deliver exceptional resident service while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• Experience in preparing monthly variance reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual financial and operational targets are met.
• Oversee rent collections, evictions, and compliance with landlord laws.
• Train and supervise property staff on procedures.
• Ensure leasing, marketing, and product knowledge are up to date.
• Maintain compliance with fair housing in leasing activities.
• Support leasing production and revenue optimization.
