Homestead Companies is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for our Britton Park community in Hilliard, OH. You will lead daily operations to meet financial and service targets, ensure rent collection, leasing, and marketing efforts, and supervise on-site staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Candidates should have property management experience, knowledge of fair housing laws, and familiarity with Entrata.

We currently looking for an experienced Community Manager for our brand new Britton Park community.Responsibilities:Ensure community meets all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational targets, including achieving the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.Oversee and participate in all aspects of rent collections, file necessary evictions and ensure landlord/resident laws are followed.Train and hold accountable property employees to ensure the procedures and protocols are followedEnsure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing and marketing activities.Oversee and participate in all aspects of leasing production, including leasing administration, marketing activities and maintaining product knowledge of community and competitors to maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy.File necessary evictionsEnsure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing and marketing activities.Qualifications:Previous experience in property managementKnowledge of fair housing laws and regulationsExperience with Entrata preferredExperience in preparing monthly variance reportingAbility to sit, walk, stand in an office area and throughout the property for long periods of timeAbility to verbally communicateAbility to lift to up to 15 poundsAbility to use hands and arms for writing, typing, lifting, holding, grabbing, and pulling.
