Job summary

Zellis Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the front line of our hospitality-driven property management team in Denver. You will greet prospective and current residents, guide them through the leasing journey from first showing to move-in, and ensure every interaction reflects Zellis standards.

You will walk the tour path, inspect units, explain pricing and terms, and process applications with accuracy in Yardi.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer-facing experience.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property, vacant units, and model units daily.
• Lease apartments and communicate pricing, availability, and features.
• Guide prospects through the full application process in Yardi.
• Process applications and communicate decisions clearly.
• Prepare and send lease paperwork for signatures.
• Coordinate welcoming move-in experiences for residents.
• Review online listings for pricing and accuracy.
• Conduct market surveys to inform pricing and marketing.
• Follow up on all leads within set response times and log activity in Yardi.
• Assist residents with maintenance requests and timelines.
