Job summary

Western National Property Management seeks a Live On-Site Community Manager for the 288-unit Santa Ana, CA community at 3400 South Main Street. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and grounds operations, supervise a team, and ensure excellent resident service while managing budget and compliance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years supervisory experience, strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and a California driver\'s license with valid insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory background in multifamily property management.
• Experience in budgeting, financial statements, and monthly reporting.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
