Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Manager II (On-Site/Portfolio Community Manager) to supervise a community association and serve as the main liaison among homeowners, vendors, and board members. This role requires coordinating with the CSSC and branch office to ensure smooth operations at the Carlsbad location.

Responsibilities include budgeting oversight, board package preparation, and ensuring adherence to policies. Travel may be required as part of portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 0–3 years Community Association experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HOA structures and board interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Prepare and manage Board packages and agendas; attend meetings.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and operating statements.
• Oversee vendor management, capital expenditures, and contract files.
