Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Home Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee rent collection, leasing, and on-site teams, and ensure profitability and regulatory compliance across the community.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets and vendor relations, coordinate maintenance, enforce architectural guidelines, and foster positive resident relations to sustain occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site management with supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Residential/multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Yardi experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must obtain and maintain CPO certification (company sponsored).
• Manufactured home community management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community, including rent collection, lease management, and coordinating maintenance and landscaping.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, landlord-tenant law, and fair housing guidelines.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site staff to meet company goals.
• Lead and maintain professional standards and provide clear instructions to the team.
• Coordinate safety and reporting procedures, including monthly safety checks.
