Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will lead the on-site team, own the financial health of the community, and guide residents from first visit to move-in day.

You will work with a regional team and back-office support to ensure high occupancy and strong NOI. The role requires 3+ years in property management with a proven sales track record, and familiarity with HubSpot CRM and online listing platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Proven track record in sales with ability to prospect, follow up, and close.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and online home listing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to connect with residents, prospects, and leadership alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing on-site team aligned with Havenpark values: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, Boldness.
• Own the home sales experience for the community from prospecting to closing, and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Track NOI, manage expenses and vendor relationships to protect profitability.
• Ensure rent collection, issue legal notices, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and condition of homesites and common areas with vendors and capital projects support.
• Coordinate capital projects and home readiness to deliver show-ready homes on time, budget, and scope.
