Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant/Assistant Community Manager to manage on-site leasing, show units, and negotiate leases. The role requires Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents and may require CAM/ARM/COS certification.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years on-site leasing experience, strong PC skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet tenant needs.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing experience with property management.
• Fair Housing certification required before interaction with prospects or residents.
• Certification options include CAM/ARM/COS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies and show units to attract tenants.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Forecast budgets, analyze variances, and prepare annual budgets.
• Address tenant complaints, enforce occupancy policies, and inspect units.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs; ensure building systems run smoothly.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety policies.
