TRG Management Company is hiring for a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will study market rents, attract tenants, show units, and negotiate leases while maintaining budgets and resident relations.

A background in affordable housing and CAM/ARM/COS certifications helps you excel in managing occupancy and compliance. You will handle rent collection, reporting, and coordination with maintenance staff, vendors, and security, with a focus on delivering excellent service and meeting

Qualifications

• 2+ years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• On-site property management experience preferred with relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and community software.

Responsibilities

• Understand market and rental rates by surveying local competition.
• Advertise vacancies and attract tenants; show units.
• Lease negotiations and security deposit administration.
• Collect rents, manage budgets and analyze variances.
• Maintain property and resolve tenant complaints.
• Oversee building systems maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Ensure occupancy policies are enforced; respond to emergencies.
• Prepare reports and analyze data and trends.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and networking.
