Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is a premier property management firm with a diverse portfolio including subsidized, workforce and affordable housing. The role focuses on leasing, tenant relations, and maintaining financial health across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate has affordable housing experience, CAM/ARM/COS certification, and at least two years on-site leasing or management experience. Strong PC skills, OSHA knowledge, and flexibility for evenings/weekends are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager; supervisory experience acceptable with appropriate certification(s).
• Experience with affordable housing tends to be preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand market and rental rates by surveying local competition.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Manage finances: collect rents, pay bills, forecast, and prepare budgets.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant issues, enforcing occupancy rules, and coordinating repairs.
• Oversee building systems and vendor services.
• Enhance security and safety procedures at properties.
• Prepare reports analyzing data and trends for management.
