National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC seeks an experienced Community Business Manager I to lead day-to-day operations of a 200+ unit multifamily community in Las Vegas, NV. The role combines hospitality and financial discipline to drive resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities include supervising leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Nevada law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience supervising property management team members.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and revenue optimization skills.
• Entrata experience preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the apartment community in accordance with company policies, budgets, and laws.
• Lead leasing, administrative, and maintenance teams with coaching and accountability.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency, and financial reporting tasks.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing velocity, and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure resident relations and compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
