Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site, leading staff and operations under the Regional Manager.

You will supervise leasing, maintenance, budgeting, administration & risk management, ensure compliance with safety and fair housing, and drive resident satisfaction. Join a fast-growing, diverse team and help deliver quality housing while managing budgets and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under the Regional Manager.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Prepare operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Manage resident relations, leasing, marketing, and renewals.
• Plan yearly marketing and leasing strategies.
• Respond to resident complaints and maintain property condition.
• Lead emergency response and ensure timely reporting.
