Qualifications

• Experience with accounting and financial reporting tasks.
• Ability to support leasing and marketing efforts and manage the leasing cycle.
• Familiarity with property management systems and vendor invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Process invoices, collect rents and fees, and perform monthly close-out and financial reporting.
• Support leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property appearance and safety standards.
