Job summary

You will manage multiple tasks, assist with inquiries, set up equipment, and contribute to event planning while ensuring accurate invoicing and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Able to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries about Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and meeting-room setup.
• Ensure services are properly charged and invoices prepared accurately.
• Plan and coordinate in-center events and networking activities.
• Open tickets in the service portal to address center needs and issues.
