Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate at our Kansas City center to welcome guests, support members, handle requests, and help run daily operations so clients can focus on their business.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a can-do attitude. You’ll use MS Office and basic IT tools to assist customers, organize events, process invoices, and keep the center inviting and efficient.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and own problems.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-center and respond to service requests to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle inquiries, open service tickets, and coordinate room setups and equipment.
• Organize networking events, send invitations, and post notices around the center.
• Ensure accurate billing and invoices for services rendered.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and support daily center activities.
