This role involves handling guest services, setting up rooms and equipment, and coordinating with the City Manager to host events and networking sessions, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across a variety of needs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain and develop the community within the center.
• Set up rooms, equipment, and projectors for meetings and events.
• Process inquiries and coordinate with Service Portal or center staff.
• Help with daily center operations and invoicing accuracy.
