Job summary

Journey Bank is seeking a full‑time Commercial Services Support Administrator to join our team on-site at the Muncy Community Office. You will support the commercial services function, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, and commercial product updates, under the guidance of our senior leaders.

Key duties include conducting on-site audits for RDC customers, preparing risk assessments, and delivering training to staff and customers on product implementations and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is normally required; specialized banking education and training in technology/electronic banking is a plus.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient PC and technical skills; good visual and auditory perception.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial services functions and work with the COO to provide efficient electronic transactions for commercial deposit customers; assist bank personnel.
• Develop risk assessments and customer agreements related to commercial deposit products and services, with copies to COO and Risk Operations Officer.
• Collaborate with Deposit Operations Manager on ACH issues, limit changes, and policy updates to ensure consistent service to customers.
• Assist in annual review of established limits, providing documentation for audit review by Deposit Operations Manager.
