M&T Bank is seeking a Commercial Deposit Support Specialist in Baltimore to serve as the central point of contact for deposit servicing, ensuring accurate processing and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes client relationships, operational precision, and risk awareness.

You will handle account openings, maintenance, and service requests, lead BSA/AML/KYC activities, collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers, and maintain data integrity while delivering

Qualifications

Professional and clear written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail are required.
Associate’s degree with 3 years related experience or 5 years combined education/work experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and related experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for deposit servicing and maintain client relationships.
Process account openings, maintenance, and service requests (e.g., stop payments, transfers).
Authenticate users, monitor suspicious activity, and support fraud recovery efforts.
Lead BSA/AML/KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers to enhance onboarding and product adoption.
Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, and support system outages; maintain data integrity.
