Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; banking education or training preferred.
• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate reading, writing and grammar skills, with analytical and math abilities.
• Professional and courteous communication and interpersonal skills; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Accept deposits, cash checks and process utility bill payments.
• Sell treasurer checks, money orders, and other bank products.
• Accept loan payments, safe deposit box rent and other related payments.
• Process night deposits and mail deposits.
• Maintain awareness of new business opportunities with customers, refer customers to appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements (BSA, CRA, EEO).
