Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from estimating handoff through closeout. This on-site role requires leadership, organization, and accountability, with opportunities to expand ownership as skills grow.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining client communications to ensure quality and safety on all roofing projects. Travel to job sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting a Project Manager or PM team throughout the full lifecycle.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and understand specifications.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders.
• Track and control job costs through reviews.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and materials for projects.
• Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new construction and re-roofing.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding scheduling and needs.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and inventory management on projects.
• Lead pre-job and pre-construction meetings and closeout documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships to support repeat business.
